As a seller, I found their process to be very straight forward and fast. My contract had been listed with another broker for months and I had a buyer back-out before I found Magic Resales and decided to accept their instant offer. I ended up getting a few dollars less per point than what my contract had been listed for with the other broker, but it was worth it to have a guaranteed offer where I knew the buyer wouldn't back out.

This was the second "add-on" resale contract that we've purchased and the first with Magic Resales. It was nice to not have to worry about making an offer and waiting. The price was fair and probably the best deal we could have gotten without losing the contract to Disney. No issues with closing.

The sale was very straight forward and easy. We sold our home through Opendoor recently as well and this was very similar. No negotiations, no drama, and a quick close.
